A fabric print starts from two choices: the design and the base. Many brands come to us with clear ideas on one and a few doubts about the other. That is why we work on both.
The design: start from yours or from our archive
If you already have your design, our in-house studio checks the file and prepares it for printing: resolution, scale, repeat, joins and colours.
If you are just starting out, you can begin from our design archive. Every design can be adapted to your collection:
- by changing the colourways;
- by adjusting the scale of the motif;
- by turning an allover into a placement print, for example for a scarf.
It is the fastest way to get a custom print without starting from scratch.
The base: over 400 fabrics ready for processing
We have over 400 bases ready to be printed or dyed: silk, viscose, cotton, linen, polyester and blends, from the lightest weights to the fullest. A few examples:
- Silk: satin, crepe de chine, georgette, chiffon, twill, habotai, organza.
- Viscose and velvet: fluid viscoses and silk-viscose velvet, also for devoré work.
- Natural fibres: cottons and linens, ideal for pigment printing too.
If the right base is not there, we develop it for your collection.
From design to finished roll, in four steps
- Choice of design and base, together with you, based on the garment you want to make.
- Colour trial on the final base, compared with your references.
- Production with the most suitable technique: high-definition digital, pigment or double face.
- Finishing and quality control roll by roll before shipping.
